Returns Policy

Damages, shortages and faults are to be reported at the time of delivery and we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or the missing item at no charge.

If goods are returned due to unsuitability then once they are physically back in our warehouse i and have been checked to ensure they have been returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging then you will be refunded by cheque less the delivery charge on the consignment.  If we have to return to an address to collect furniture once it has been accepted then we will also charge a collection fee that is equivalent to the delivery charge made at the time of order.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to pay for the return of the products to us. Please send the goods to us ensuring that you retain proof of posting, the address is Mosey Limited, 3 Park Close, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 8HL and include you order reference number, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you could also email details of the return to mailto:info@moseyonline.co.uk then we know to look out for the item when it arrives back. We will not send anyone to collect goods sent out by courier if they are being returned.

We do stress that when returning items it is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of collection or posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels or furniture lost in transit and can only refund once the goods are received back in our main outlet and have been inspected.
