First the good news, Furniture Delivery is FREE* (as long as you spend over £250). All the prices you see for our Furniture ranges are the delivered prices so there wont be anything extra to pay when you get to the checkout but if the order is below £250 a small supplement will be added in the checkout area. *some are surcharges apply. Our furniture range comes from many different suppliers and lead times for delivery will vary across the ranges so please see the individual items to see the expected delivery time scale. Under each item there is a More Details section and the expected delivery period is shown there. These are normally quite accurate as we update according to stock levels every week, however, if you place an order with us we will know straight away if there will be an issue achieving this and will contact you to advise.
Our furniture products are dispatched from our central distribution hub in Oxford and you will be contacted 2-4 days prior to the delivery date to arrange a suitable time for the delivery.
Accessories
We hold all the accessories in stock and these will be sent out for delivery the day after the order is placed. There is a small supplement added to this cost unless your order totals over £150 in which case the delivery is FREE.
Payment Details
We accept payment with most major credit or debit cards. These are processed online using the Sagepay secure payment gateway service in conjunction with HSBC Merchant services. We also provide our customers with the option of paying via a secure Paypal connection.
All prices are shown in Great British Pounds Sterling. Cards are processed immediately using the Sagepay secure system or Paypal accounts.
